Refund policy

Credits

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on builds, revisions or suggestions aren’t refundable. Failed builds are refunded in credits automatically.

Project payments

The deposit covers work done once a project starts and isn’t refundable after work has begun. If we can’t deliver what the contract describes, we refund payments for the undelivered milestones.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp or through your project page with your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack, usually within 10 working days.
